It was a difficult house sell due to my Ill brother so tough emotions to deal with as well as the house sell. From first meeting David then Bob I felt at ease and as it got closer to put on market I felt better and better that I was in great hands and that he was totally looking out for me. I thought I’d have to stay back there till all paperwork done but Bob reassured me that I’d be able to go back home and do E sign , 65/years old and first house sell!!! So all new to me lol. After I left for home Bob went into house and did more work getting it to look great for the pictures when I saw the pictures I was surprised how well they came out and I’m sure John would have too!! It was fun to hear first day on market and Bob was calling me and all the activity on the house and I believe 15 showings that first day and even final offering that day.
